I have a stock cooler. My Sempron at stock speeds is 21C idle and around 40C load. Your Sempron is also suppose to run cooler. Do you have stock cooler or other? On a full load it will probably reach about degrees. Though my problem is that I probably need more voltage to make it stable and I need to make a thread about that now. So it will probably reach 55 degrees on a full load later. Don't worry about the temp much because these things can go way higher before it takes any actual damage.
