The funny thing is that this model listed on other websites has 4 ms of response time under the specs, so I'm not sure if that is a new updated version of the model or that is incorrect specs. Yeah, you want to keep that hz feature off as that is artificially creating frames to insert in between the true 60hz frames which creates a smoother experience but a large amount of input delay.
